"I have been staying at Inlet Reef for over 20 years. I love that it’s off the main drag on a more quiet street and most importantly it is beachfront. It takes just minutes to the beach. The property has guards 24/7 with gate access to the pool and entrance. Most unit are well maintained and decorated. I like the website so you can view all of the condos when making your choice to rent. Love it here!"

"I rented 616! The dishwasher was full of old and thick mildew and mold. I reported the problem and Someone came out. The mold and mildew remained. My husband who is a mechanical engineer noticed that one factor was the heating element, because the dishes don’t dry during the cycle. The mold and mildew situation has apparently been going on for a while. We notified the office a third time and they said that the owner was planning on replacing the dishwasher. Well, that’s wonderful but what about us? They didn’t come back again to remove the mold or to even offer more hand easing detergent. Also, the second bedroom is really warm compared to the rest of the condo."

"Great condo. 502. Carol was a great agent. The condo was beautifully decorated. Full size washer dryer. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Clean. The beach view was what you hoped for. We had umbrella service although we were told we had to bring our own. Which we schlepped from Austin. Spring break but very family friendly. Parking. Gated. Security on premises. Short walk to beach. Amenities. Hope to be back . Some mold issues but it's Florida."

"Condo itself is ok, small pool, but clean and modern. The beach however is pretty small depending on the tide. Plan on renting an umbrella and chairs from the rental guy if you want some space saved, but even then, you're not allowed to setup on the front row with an ocean view. Direct ocean view seating on the beach is reserved for owners only, not weekly renters. If you're not here for the beach and get a good price on a condo, you'll not be disappointed, but otherwise, I'd book elsewhere before I came back to this property."

"One of the best taken care of beachfront rentals we've stayed at. Gated condos with 24 hour security in Holiday Isle. Fast check and check out. They will leave your key in the lockbox if you are running late for check-in. We stayed in unit 109 a three-bedroom, 3 bathroom condo that pictures just didn't do it justice. It was a very spacious unit for eight of us. Great pool, bbq area and restrooms are available so you don't have to go back up to your room. On the beach Will is taking care of you. He sets you up if you have chair service. He also rents kayaks and stand up paddle boards that we enjoyed for a great price. This was our second time staying at the Inlet Reef and we will continue to come back year after year."
