"I’m a new tenant and all I can say is Kayleigh is an absolute rockstar! I moved from out of state and did everything online and via email/phone with her. She is the most professional, courteous, thorough person. With an incredibly nice personality. She made me feel very comfortable with the whole process, so much so I leased, paid, and did everything without ever setting foot on the property or seeing my unit! That says a lot! The property is very nice and I am very happy with the whole experience! A++ so far"

"The dog feces is absolutely disgusting!!!!! Big dogs, Owners who do not clean up after their animals, and Mgmnt company who ignores the complaints. Over $2000 in rent only to walk in with dog feces on shoes day after day. The Maintenance Team is great but can only do so much. The apartment , the gym are great."

"I came in and asked for a tour and was told to make an appointment for the following day. When I arrived for my scheduled tour I was told she was too busy to help me and gave me the keys to walk through myself. I asked for a price and was told I couldn’t get it until I knew when I would move in. After asking again she pulled up the prices for me. When I returned the keys she didn’t offer any information and just asked me what I thought. When I asked if they had valet trash because we saw them sitting at doors, the women said they don’t give that information out until after you move in but we could have flyer. My mother came with me to help with my daughter while I looked and immediately commented on how rude the women was and said the only explanation was she didn’t want me to move in or they didn’t like kids as we left. Between the lack of interest in helping and the poor attitude this was the worst complex in the area I toured. While the complex is new and offers nice features, I would not want to live with a staff like this."

"I can’t stand the amount of dog feces there is everywhere on this property. The management tries but it’s clearly still a problem. The property was recently painted, the maintenance team is great and the amenities are nice. I hope that the residents that make this place more difficult are one their way out soon."
