"The entrance gates always stall on you, elevator is always hot/smells like urine, and there's always someone yelling/arguing."
"They called back same day so that's better then some of the others I've called but they do not take vouchers so. Had to move on"
"I have lived at Alabaster Gardens since 2013. So far I have been please with management and they are always willing to do what needs to be done to fix any situation that may arise. Our managers are doing a great job. I will reccomend other friends and relatives to our complex."
"I have been in this apartment complex for two years. My rent has increased twice within that short period of time. The entrance gate serves no purpose because it is always inoperable. Drug dealers use this complex for making their deals. The dealers hours of operation begins at midnight. The buildings are in need of cosmetic upkeep."
"Hasn’t been gated for months and the company that mows ( badly) wasn’t paid so the grass is several inches high and the weeds are crazy high. The rent was raised on apt home that don’t have Medicaid was 35.00 the notice was given April 1st for a CB may 1st increase. Not sure that’s legal but that’s what happened. They have stopped paying for outside lights so much of the apartments to the rear are not lit at night. There is drug dealing (openly) and foot traffic between local store and adjacent neighborhood that is not welcomed but not stopped by management."
