"Nothing against the place I rented, it was beautiful. The agency staff …well, not impressed. Spoke with McKenzie twice and that was a waste of time. Requested two things from her and neither were done. When I picked up the keys to check in, the staff was eating lunch and I was told, “you need to just wait a minute!” No hello, can I help you! Linen for all pull outs were requested ahead, found one package for one. No hand towels found."

"Should be negative stars. Violates city codes for rental properties! Horrible management company, very unprofessional, if you have issues with your property. We stayed 2 days in a 7 day rental and lost $3,600, my son got hurt because of the construction at the property. I wasted my time/energy cleaning the filthy house mildew, bugs, and mold. Terrible vacation stay and management company. NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. There are so many more rental management companies in the area. AVOID AT ALL COST.. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY! Marla office manager was very unprofessional and said there will be no refund because we were in the house 29 hours before we complained. I see the response... like I said very unprofessional management. A correct response would have been something stating guidelines, procedures, and an apology. Instead you want to ban a someone from the entire nation? I can't believe the level of immaturity and unprofessionalism. Is this what the owner responds to a review about a property?"

"This gorgeous property allowed us to have the fairytale wedding of our dreams! We stayed at 100 Ariola Drive in Pensacola Beach, FL. We elected to go the route of the beach house for several reasons, among them is the fact that we could host the ceremony, reception, overnight accommodations for our out-of-town guests, and a pre-honeymoon of our own all in one place! It made for a very intimate setting (and logistically much less chaotic!), which gave us the opportunity to plan most of it ourselves and still enjoy it immensely! We used the spacious carport for our dining room, outdoor grill, and dance area for our reception, which worked out very well. We rented a restroom trailer to park in the spacious driveway for our guests to use. It is a short walk over the dunes to the beach where we had our ceremony, and we were blessed with perfect weather in April! The Paradise Beach Homes property management team was absolutely exceptional with their amazing staff and office being right down the street (maintenance and cleaning staff were great, too!). They responded to our needs immediately upon arrival, and we strived, in turn, to leave it better than we found it. We would like to also thank the property owner for allowing us to use their beautiful home to make our dreams come true! The Blue Angels even did a flyby during our wedding ceremony right after we said our vows!! It was literally the stuff of fairytales! We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to host their wedding/reception or any similar event!"

"I can’t say enough about Paradise. We rented our little beach cottage on Pensacola Beach. Management was friendly. The house was clean and perfect for our family. Just a short walk to the beach and easy to walk into town for shopping or breakfast. I would rent here again!"
