"I was given an opportunity to rent when other rental companies wouldn't rent to me last year so I love Eric Gleaton Realty. I renewed my lease for another year."

"I had no problems during renting but once I moved out fees were taken from my security deposit that I believed according to my lease were not my responsibility. I tried to communicate with the office and even had an attorney help write a letter to try to get some response/ information about the charges. Mr. Gleaton’s office has never responded to my letter and after reading other’s reviews, it is clear to me that his office does not operate well. I do feel taken advantage of and am considering to pursue further action to ensure others do not have to deal with this in the future. I wouldn’t recommend renting from Mr. Gleaton and wish I would’ve read some reviews before renting as I am not the only person who has experienced problems."

"I wish I don’t have to give a star but you do in order to place a review. I strongly suggest that you read reviews and make your decision based on reviews. My mom rent from Eric GLEATON reality and it was the worst decision she ever made . Now she wishes she would of really read the reviews . They rented my mother a house knowing the Central heat and air were broken . She moved in and was with out AC for 6 days . Then she found out two weeks later that her driveway was a tow away zone and she could not park on it"

"Do not rent from ERIC GLEATON . don’t say you were not warned . REALLY READ THERE REVIEWS. They give you no privacy . You pay a lot to live in a house where they Treat you like you live in Housing . There manger Josh is horrible and they way he treats Eric’s tenants is enough not to rent from Gleaton reality but the service is also terriable . They rent out a house to us where the air condition was broken before we moved in . We moved in right away and we had to go with out a AC unit for one week. Then we payed to have are keys changed out . They charge md us $75 . When the guy got here all he did was put old locks to a previous address that were not in a kind of good shape. We were expecting new locks but were charged $75 for some old used locks . Then after signing the lease we were told are drive way was a no parking zone. we could not park in are driveway or any cars not approved by gleaton reality would be told away . Ye towed away . Not ever your daughter can come over with out worrying about her car getting towed away ."

"My wife and I have rented from this realty company for going on 4 years now and and cannot think of anything bad to say. When we needed repairs they reply promptly and have work done at beyond a professional level. They have an office that is open 5 days a week with normal business hours to better accommodate everyone's schedule. They are definitely a fair company and should my residency end and I were to move elsewhere, should I ever come back I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again."
