"They make you pay for your own replacement flooring or else just deal with it . I had a flood in the apartment and at that time maintenance was living in Alabama and had to wait 4 hours and it ruined the furniture and I was told that renters insurance was how I was supposed to recompense my damage, the pipe had busted in my neighbors apartment and management would not even come to my apartment although they lived in the complex I’m in 113 and they live in 106 , she told me to go check on her boyfriend who lives next door to me to make sure he was okay, he is the one on here that gave the great review -Billy C. Management seems to encourage gossip and animosity . I moved in here with my mother in 2015 , she passed away January 2022 due to dementia related issues but management was especially cruel stating we can’t have invalids living here , I wanted to say when are you leaving . I’ve lived here 7 years and I’m moving out , I’m glad I was there for my mother but she really didn’t care for it much here either . The rules change from day to day at the whim of the manager, impossible to please . If you do move in here I’d say you had better know how to play these mind games that continually go on . I think a lot of people here are afraid and really have nowhere else to go, if you can find some other place you should , be warned if you move in here ."

"Well maintained apartment complex for independent active seniors. Quality of Care and Food are not rated as these services are not provided. All residents are in good health and capable of self-maintenance. Rent is significantly lower than facilities that provide assisted living and/or other services. Management and owners strive to ensure a friendly environment for the residents. There is a large community center with a public (resident) use computer and large screen TV with cable. Residents can reserve the community center for family gatherings too large to fit in their apartment. Many residents participate in puzzles, dominoes, card games, bingo, exercise programs, etc. Monthly Pot Luck is a big hit and the entree is provided by the owners. Owners also provide a Breakfast Social once each month (most months). Water/sewer/trash collection/lawn maintenance/pest control is included in the low rental cost. Trash is picked up at your front door twice weekly. Small pets are allowed at additional cost. Parking spaces are assigned with ample guest (unassigned) parking. Many other features and activities too numerous to list. I've been here 3+ years as of this writing and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Most of the residents are quite friendly and outgoing. Major shopping and restaurants are nearby and public transportation is available."
