"Ever since this summer of 2023, they put up little banners nearby saying "Leasing!" or "For Rent!" which may as well just be false advertising if no one can get a hold of them to even rent a place from them. I've tried calling their offices back in June, no one would ever answer. They haven't even responded to a recent email I sent them this September asking about their supposed availability. Do not ever try to rent from these people, they won't even try to meet you halfway. I would not risk an application fee if they aren't even going to make the effort to contact you back. Very lazy."

"DO NOT RENT HERE. It has gone downhill ever since Weller took over management. Instead of a maintenance person on the grounds every day who could handle anything that goes wrong, it is now a maintenance person every once in a while who takes 2 weeks to come out & fix AC problems during a heat wave. They also add on additional rental fees with no warning despite what the contracted lease agreements say."
