"We enjoyed our stay. Hotel is clean. We were greeted by the front desk agent Star, very friendly and professional. Room was clean, hotel was quiet during night hours. Breakfast was great, need a bit more variety or at least alternate foods daily. Upon check out we were asked how our stay was and if there was anything they could do to make our future stay? I address the lack of food options, other than that the stay was great."

"Best hotel I've stayed in the Pensacola area! I stayed here for 6 nights. The rooms were so clean and comfortable which I've seen other hotels in this area fail in. The room service here was great and my room was taken care of everyday. Specifically, I loved my room because it was on the first floor, towards the back entrance. Parking was always available by the back entrance so it was like I had my own private parking spot. The breakfast in the morning was great. I had an issue with my booking because I booked with Priceline, and the front desk was able to accommodate me perfectly. The area is perfect too. There is a Walmart, Dominos, Chik-Fil-A, Starbucks literally walking distance from the hotel. My personal favorite was Chipotle which was across the street, 3 mins by car. Overall, 10/10 experience and I would definitely stay here again."

"Great updated rooms. The bed was amazing. Smart TV was nice. I wish you had the actual TV remote so you could use the smart TV functions The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great but not excellent. You are on the inland side of the island, but it's only a 3-minute drive to Pensacola Beach. Loved it! Would stay here again."
