"Don't believe any 5 star review you see that is less than 2 years old, I'd be willing to bet these are fakes. The new owner is criminal. Since he purchased the place, he has plowed through 4 apartment managers, none of them competent. I moved out a year ago, never received my security deposit, even after the owner walked through and told me how well I took care of my apartment. I lived in the apartments off and on for a total of 10 years and it was always a well kept secret and a pleasurable place to live. If something broke, they fixed it, most times in the same day. I placed multiple discrepencies with my last apartment about 6-8 months before I moved out and nothing was ever fixed. Laughably, I just received an email a few weeks ago that something as simple as a fire alarm had been fixed, only took a year and a half for something as crucial as having a fire alarm. Clearly they care about everyone's safety. Joke. Look elsewhere and avoid this place, they only care about money, not people. If you're even considering this place just drive through the parking lot and try to avoid all the potholes and not damage your car, that should be warning enough, if all the 1 star reviews aren't. Again, it's criminal what has happened to this once enjoyable place. Resort Style? Give me a break."

"I moved out at the end of May 2023 and I’m still waiting to get my deposit back! I know that everyone else that has moved out since the new owners have taken over are still waiting!! It is ridiculous that it’s been more than 6 mo the and I still have not received my deposit back!!! Each time I reach out to the property manager she says “I’ve asked the owner about it. No one has gotten their deposits back. I’ll ask again.” How is this legal??!! I left my unit cleaner that it was when I moved in. I could complain about the many reasons that I moved; however, right now all I want is for my deposit to be returned!"

"This place is horrid. Management is a joke and their “maintenance” consists of the property manager’s husband only. I have so many issues with my current apartment and they are never addressed. Issues like ongoing leaks, broken toilets, holes in walls, the list goes on. You’re told lies of future improvements that never come, yet the rent still goes up. This is probably the most unprofessional and uncoordinated management to ever exist. I wish I could rate this place lower than one star."

"My 70 year old mother was deceived out of $75. They told her she could apply, knowing she did not meet the minimum 3x rent income requirement. It's one thing to not answer calls or emails or not take care of the property but deceiving the helpless and hopeless is low and horrible."
