"Everything was nice. I can’t remember the lady’s name who checked us in but she was amazing. Room was very clean and although our room was right by the exit door it was not a problem."
"Upon walking in the hotel we were promptly greeted by friendly and professional staff. We were offered complimentary water and advised of breakfast times and location. They do offer guest laundry on the second floor which is pay by card only. They do have a hotel store for drinks and snacks. The prices were reasonable. Would stay here again...."
"Room was spacious, and fairly clean.The carpet could use replacing, but the beds were extremely disappointing! I’ve stayed at numerous Hampton inns when traveling specifically because the beds are so comfortable. The mattresses were missing the pillow top mattress cover. Front desk said the housekeeping Mngt wouldn’t be in until the morning and we couldn’t move our reservation to another Hampton because we didn’t book directly with them."
"If you can stay somewhere else, please do. They don’t change your bedding without letting you know and the breakfast is something less to be desired. Usually breakfast is pretty good at Hampton Inn’s but this specific location is lacking significantly. After reading other reviews yes, the doors are VERY hard to close and open. Which I communicated to my boyfriend. In the event of a emergency I literally wouldn’t be able to open the door to get out because they are so very hard to get open. I would not recommend to stay here. If you are a Hilton Honors member search elsewhere because this location is not up to par."
"When I got to room (208) the door was open it was not closed, the door was very hard to actually close as it kept getting caught on the siding of the frame of the door way. I reported it to the front desk she said was the room clean I said yes but it was not locked so how I know no one went inside and put up hidden cameras or something crazy but the room was very clean as I checked it myself, I figured she would have offered a new room that was locked just for my safety concern but she didn't offer it at all. Our safety is priority but i didnt want to aggravate the situation so i just dealt with it because my son surgery was the only thing on our minds. Other than that the room was clean and we had a quiet stay as we was there for my son surgery at andrews institute."
