Azalea Bay Apartments

"Azalea Bay is AWESOME! Since my divorce 13 years ago, I have been somewhat of a rolling stone, residing in several different apartment complexes in both Georgia and Florida. A few were very good, one was good, and two were, well, not so good. Azalea Bay is EXCELLENT by all measures: terrific leasing office staff (Allysa and Ashleigh, in order of my contact points), great maintenance staff (including Brody), apartments themselves, first class amenities, complex’s overall appearance, location (except for current Hwy 98 construction, of course), and — most important — the community residents of all ages and backgrounds and owners of lots of wonderful dogs!"

The apartments themselves would be worth the stay, they are secure, clean and located in a peaceful area away from the hustle of the city. To add to all of this, the staff is incredible. People who actually care about their work and providing a great community for their tenants. Alyssa was the embodiment of exemplary service. She worked tirelessly to get us set up and moved in the same day we applied. Alyssa was able to get our application and approval squared away in a matter of hours. She was an absolute legend with her patience in helping us deal with our arrival from Colorado. We were stressed from our long journey and she helped us feel welcome and empowered in our decision to stay here. I just can’t tell you enough what an invaluable member of the team she is at Azalea Bay. Thanks for the extra mile Alyssa!"

"Azalea Bay is a wonderful place to live. The property manager, Bailie, is very kind and made the move all the way from California super smooth and easy on my husband and I. The maintenance team, especially Gregory, is awesome and I can’t leave out the trash valet?! Would recommend to anyone moving to Gulf Breeze! My only note would be to pick the apartment location wisely. It can be kinda noisy around the pool/pickle ball courts :-)"

"We recently moved to Gulf Breeze and lucked out on finding these apartments. They are brand new and have all the upgraded features you would want. Huge laundry room, stone countertops, giant closets. Ashleigh and Bailie in the office were so great! They answered all of our questions and made the move in process a piece of cake. Love the amenities that are offered and the view of palm trees outside of our windows makes us feel like we ware always on vacation!"
