"Just wanted to say if you are planning on renting the standard upgrade one bedroom apartment the sample apartment they show u on the tour is the large one bedroom upgrade not the standard one bedroom. The standard one bedroom is much smaller and doesn’t have a washer and dryer hookup it looks as though it could be a studio size. So they try to gyp u there."
"Moving into Ashley Club was one of the best decisions of my life!! The staff is so wonderful and Alyssa was so helpful during the whole process. I love my apartment and the grounds are so clean. I appreciate the above and beyond efforts everyone in the office gave me. There is so much in the area and convenient to get to."

The front office is always so helpful, the maintenance team is so accommodating and even help me if they see me out struggling with big items, the neighbors are such a joy and like family! I couldn’t ask for a better community! Our dog park has been updated with new toys for my puppy to play with! It has been a blast being apart of the community ❤️"
"By far the worst place I've lived and I cannot believe what they are able to get away with charging for rent with such low quality units. Reasons why: Office staff - Marissa, Helen and Katie I believe are there names currently. You will always get exactly 3 different answers regarding important information. Marissa is the worst to deal with because she doesn't remember to follow through with anything and has no clue what is going on, which is fabulous when regarding financial obligations and what you can expect moving forward. They lost my rent check twice. They go to lunch every day from about 11am-3pm it seems, as they are never available. Unit quality - There was mold when I moved in... kind of a problem and you'd think they would clean the place before having someone move in. Horrible condition. And for the price? When I moved in the place wasn't very clean at all. Smoke alarm was wonky and I could never get the smell of smoke out - never. Maintenance will take about 2 months to handle anything. They shut the water off about twice every week - awesome. Community - There is a dog park... However, maintenance does nothing to keep it up and, therefore, this "dog park" is simply a fenced in area of dirt, sand, and poop everywhere. Why can they not keep it maintained? Financial - They will legitimately squeeze every ounce of money they can out of you - when you move in, while you reside, and when you move out. Don't doubt for a second, they will be looking for every opportunity to do so."
"Black mold all through the apartment. There's been a hole above my toilet for 3 months they made a repair, where water was leaking on you if you where to sit on the toilet. Light switch covera are missing. Doors are broke. Save your money and don't move here."
