"Not only do they not care about their tenants being without a working appliance for two weeks, then say we are lucky the owner is even repairing it. Also they will come inspect your home almost every 3 months! One inspection with only a one hour notice which is illegal per Florida law. It’s very intrusive also seeing they take pictures of your personal belongings and your closets with your clothes when they didn’t even care about taking pictures of the things that need to be brought to the owners attention for repair. What’s the point of inspections, to be noisy? We are very clean people and to have them always doing random inspections is odd. Reading all these reviews of people losing deposits even after they left it cleaner then when they moved in makes me very nervous for when it’s time we leave this rental. I will be sure to document every nook and cranny before we leave as we did when we moved in. I won’t use this company in the future and suggest others steer clear. Lots of red flags with them."

"We have a beautiful home we only rented due to a change in location for two years with our current employer. Our home is home. It’s in a pretty gated community and it’s on a septic system. Remax infinity of Pace, Fl decided for us that 11 people could live in our home simply because it met fire code. They also told us to sue the renters for the damage done to the drainage system. They put those innocent people there and asked us to sue them. No way , no how. They did nothing wrong. Remax is wiping their grubby hands of it all. Jason McGuire, I’m Irish too you pansy!"
