"Cant speak highly enough about the crossings! Living here for 2+ years has been fantastic and the staff is military friendly. Thankfully, this complex is not corporate owned, and the local owners are some of the kindest people Ive met, who truly care about their tenants. Most of the units are recently built and the layouts feel spacious, with the kitchen being the best Ive had in an apartment. The community is quiet, safe, and family oriented. The pool is nice and well kept. Maintenance was always handled promptly. Wish I could have lived here longer and highly recommend."

"Staff put up a great front, bottom line your best interest is not at heart. Facts are the property is not well maintained especially now with construction other amenities are lacking some series attention like the pool area (since I moved in)children's play ground and BBQ area extremely neglected. Lacking cleaning and overall maintenance of play set. Now as far as a resident stand point, families with kids are not well treated especially if you live on the top floor due to extremely poor insulation in walls and floors. Bottom floor apartment (They truly bare the grunt of it with all the noise from upstairs.)Noise complaints are a constant no matter what time of day it is and blame falls on resident not poor building materials. Older/retired resident community so you are dealing with influx of complaints. Property manager is not welcoming to animals even when animal is in service for disability or medical purpose. Forget about having people over (the noise is unbearable to neighbors on all sides of you. Grievances are handled with disrespect of privacy and completely shut down at your expense and fault. I always felt like a bad child coming home to an acylium because I couldn't live in my apartment. I had to be very quiet and keep my toddlers very quiet. There is always an issue. The rent is not worth what you get for sanity."

"Crossing Court Apartments is a fabulous place to live! Stayed for two years before building a house and as a single mom, never felt more safe. The owners of the property are hands on and treated me like family. Apartments are very modern, clean and well kept up. It’s a great place to live and very kid and dog friendly."
