"I would give this place a zero star if I could. We had Valerie help us and after signing the lease we never heard back from her. We had questions and we could not reach anyone. Days later after signing our lease, the website was down, the portal was also down and no one would answer the phone. We paid to get the process started. After emailing Valerie a couple times, she finally responded back and said that the community was taken over by another company called “Kairos living” and that they had all of our leasing information and would get in contact with us. She gave me a number to call and when I did, I was told that that home was already occupied and was not for rent. Never had such bad customer service. She seemed nice at first when we did a video call tour. But then never heard back."

"We moved in July 4th weekend. We have never been happier with our decision. The process was easy. Valerie was amazing from beginning to move in day. Our neighbors are wonderful! The landscaping is phenomenal and the neighborhood is better than we ever anticipated. It is 45 minutes to Navarre and 30 minutes to Pensacola. Everyday conveniences are within a 10 minute drive. The value of our home's rent is worth every dollar! Great place to live! Highly recommend!!"

"Our experience with Boracay Cove has been excellant. From application to move in was with out stress and very convenient to our schedule. Valerie has been just amazing on every step of the process. Our 12 year old dog was welcomed without large surge charges. Our home is beautiful, easy to maintain, hands off lawncare, and easily accessible to shopping and restaurants. I would high recommend to anyone who wants cozy country living with with quick access to beaches, parks, and shopping. Properties are well maintain by property management and easy to contact when needed."
