"As with all older complexes there will be some minor things to touch up on, but let me tell you Ms. Priscilla is on top of things and her maintenance crew is great. She runs a tight ship and has called me back immediately every time I had a question or a need. I can not give her or the staff any more stars because Google does not provide them. So thank you Ms. Priscilla for helping me restart my life at your apartment complex and making my transition smooth and as comfortable as possible. You made me feel right at home here. Thank you and God bless you."
"It can take two months for them to get around to making essential repairs. The more you complain about your living conditions the worse they treat you. They try to blame the resident for everything that goes wrong, even things they we can't control in these crumbling, poorly maintained apartments."
"The management has changed, but the property manager is a lazy POS. She's hardly in her office, and you can't reach her on the phone. She NEVER returns a phone call. The maintenance crew is slow to get things done. They were renovating the pool, and it was probably open for about one month during the summer before it closed again. The people are trashy, and there's always some kind of trash all over the complex. Not to mention, all the homeless people who are constantly dumpster diving. I wouldn't live here. You shouldn't either."
"Maintenance sucks. Had several problem when I moved in and had to go through renters association just to get the matter handled. Windows old...always condensation. Pool was open for one week...always under maintenance. Water has been shut of temporary. Good things I can say is ...the newly renovated apts are nice. They keep the grounds trash free and landscaping ok. Close to stores, restaurants, hospital and highway."
"Where to even begin? Ever since Kay Marshall was retired and that joke of a manager took over, this place has gone down big time. Constant issues with black children vandalizing property and getting away with it, nothing but thugs, welfare queens, and drug dealing prostitutes. All of the good residents are being driven out. If you're white, this is a dangerous place to be. I'm surprised I haven't heard of any rapes taking place yet. I moved out of there a month ago after my lease ended, because I was so sick of everything. They never do any promised maintenance, the management clearly favors thugs over upstanding, tax paying citizens, and the manager BUYS drugs from the damned drug dealers. Rent is beyond outrageous, power bills are double what they should be from the poor construction...yeah, please don't waste your time here. There are much better places to move into for the same, if not cheaper. Safer too!"
