"Everything they do is done wrong. Margins wide open, sending crowns for wrong patients, billing everything incorrectly, and to top it off, you can never get a hold of them and if by chance you do, they are unprofessional and you end up right back where you were before calling. Pick literally any other lab and they will be better."
