"They don't answer their phones. Every time one of my kids are sick I can never get the office to answer. I have been calling for over an hour, sent a Facebook message, two messages over the website, an appt request online and no one will get back to me. It's a pediatricians office and you can't even make an appt when your child is sick."

"We saw Dr. Pearce for the first time and she was amazing! Gave us a lot of helpful recommendations and was smiling the entire visit. Michelle in billing was also very helpful. She went above and beyond for us. The front desk was friendly as always. We love the angel kids team!!"

"if i could give -100 stars i would. please, please, DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE. the women at the front desk doesn't even greet you with a smile, i went to the atlantic location and they did the complete opposite, i felt so welcomed there but not at this bartram office. one of the girls were wrapped up in a blanket acting as if i were inconveniencing her!! very unprofessional. let me not forget how the nurse assistant asked for rectal temperature of my 6 day old newborn, i agreed because i thought it would get a better reading than under her armpit. i’m not even exaggerating when i say he shoved the whole probe up her rear to the point where when he pulled it out she pooped on herself!! you are only suppose to put barley the tip in, he made me feel so uncomfortable i cried for my daughter when he left the room. please do not take your babies/ kids here this is a facility that i'm sure hires students right out of college and it is a learning job for them until they get experience, so they act very unprofessional and don't even care at all. i wish i never even chose this place as my daughters pediatrician. that is why i am taking her to a new, more experienced doctors office!!"

"Sarah Alice NP is amazing! Really takes the time to listen to concerns and is willing to work with you. Has never made me feel dumb when I ask questions. Simply Amazing. Whatever you are paying her, double it! She’s the reason I’m giving 5 stars, your office staff though needs some help. Trying to reach someone for a sick day appt was confusing and I was supposed to get a call back within 24 hours and didn’t. Also whoever answers the phone isn’t always the nicest. It’s a good thing your providers are awesome otherwise we would be out."
