I have been practicing dental hygienist for several years now and have the opportunity to work for different types of practices and with blue sea dental I have got impressed in the way all have been happen. They have been assisting me in all the hire process in a warm, kind, professional and really welcoming way. They are pretty organized and follow the protocols that assure the best attention for their patients. The core and values of this company are really good, do the right thing according with ethical and well care standards it’s the way they do. All the team have been amazing, Ashley have show me and drive me through all the important information as a employee and answer and assist in all my doubts in a perfect way!, Ron, Mike, Evelyn, Richard also have been so friendly and kind during all this process. Leanna it’s amazing, she have so much knowledge that share with me to I can give the best experience to the patient, as well was Rebecca the hygienist I shadow and teach me a lot too. All this have sence when I meet Dr. Paul, he definitely represent his company. Kind, ethical, respectful, friendly and that kind of person that give you the good vibe when you talk to him. They appreciate the patients and also the workers! That’s not easy to find this days. I’m really happy and exited for this opportunity and looking forward for many years working together.
