"Only thing I could complain about with this visit was wait time but that's understandable with the amount of people who were needing help. The rn was great and so was everyone that helped my son. He had fallen and bumped his head pretty bad and they fixed him up quickly once he was back there. Thank you so much for taking care of my son."

"If I could have given zero stars I would have. I was forced to give one star just to write a review. The worst medical facility on the planet. If you have an elderly relative that needs medical attention I urge you to take them literally anywhere else but here. Even if they’re bed ridden, can’t feed themselves, can’t test their own blood sugar or administer their own insulin, they don’t give AF! They will discharge them and force you to figure out how to get them home and how they’re going to be taken care of once they are home. They couldn’t care less about the health and wellness of any patient. They offer no help in getting out patient care set up or assisting in getting your loved one placed in a long term care facility. And if you refuse discharge or appeal the discharge and it doesn’t hold up, they will charge your elderly loved one to the tune of $9,500 per day!! It’s utterly criminal! They should all be ashamed of themselves, every last one of them."

"The ICU doctors and RN'S, Respiratory therapy, OT girls and speech therapist are top notch!! I actually give them a 10 out of 10 BUT my so called social worker and the administrative office are the worse!! They say that they are a non profit hospital but they refuse to use that charity money. I was released before I felt comfortable walking, can't wash my hair by myself. But I am thankful for them saving my life!!"

"Emergency room sent me by ambulance to this Hospital, so I didn't know what to think. Some of the best people I have ever had the privilege to meet. Staff friendly prompt, cleanly and interesting. Doctors attentive, kind ,respectful, thorough and professional. My stay was the best."

"I don't doubt that some people had a good experience with this facility. How lucky. My family member came there and was not given the same care. When a family member tells you that this is not the normal condition for a patient, they are the expert. No one listened to the family or maybe no one cared. When somebody loses there ability to use their right arm and leg that is usually a sign of stroke. Their solution to her condition was to shove her into a skilled nursing facility and not address her acute change in mental status, vision and mobility. It took the hospital 10 days to consult a neurologist for my family member and be diagnosed with an acute stroke. Either you have incompetent physicians or they just don't care. No matter what it is- that person should not be treating patients. A nurse should never say, "I am not the advocate, my job is to discharge patients"- that nurse needs to go back to school. It took a complaint to Medicare to receive the care that is that should have been given the moment a patient walked into the door. A great disparity in care and a violation of the Patient Rights."
