"DONT EAT HERE. The customer service is terrible. They serve old food. The pizza came fast but the pizza was cold. Box was soggy and sweaty. TOLD ME I COULDN’T GET A REFUND."

"The manager Dave at this location needs serious training on how to handle escalated situations. He was rude, dismissive and very unprofessional. Tonight i ordered a pizza and it showed it was delivered, but when i went out to get it, it was not there. I suspected it was delivered to the wrong address and i was in no way upset about that because i understand it happens. But then I called the location and spoke to dave the manager. He confirmed my address asked the delivery driver if thats where he went and hung up on me stating ill give you a refund. Immeadiately called back and told him i do not want a refund. I want my pizza. And he told me that he was “denying me service” and was not going to send out a new pizza. I asked him denying me service for what? I did nothing wrong, i paid for a pizza and i would like to get what i ordered im not interested in a refund because that money isnt going back in my account immediately and i do not have more money to be able to turn around and get something else. I literally spent my last 30$ on this pizza. He was absolutely refusing to fulfill my order again. I finally asked him to have the delivery driver describe the house he delivered it to and the description was not the same it took 15 minutes of arguing with him for him to finally agree to send out a new pizza. The delivery driver was very nice, and confirmed my house was not the same one he delivered the first pizza too They need to seek process changes on situations like this so that customers are not made to feel like we are in the wrong. I understand they probably have people scamming for free pizzas, but there needs to be a better way for customers to show that the pizza was not delivered to the right house. Its as easy as taking a picture when you leave the pizza."

"Will never go back here, the worst customer service ever. And being bounced around from their customer service line to the store. DO NOT ORDER PIZZA HERE. My pizza was almost an hour late, wrong and the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Choose any other pizza place, I promise you will have better luck."

"The only thing that made this pizza edible. Is the fact that I have no taste or smell Due to COVID. Wish I knew how to add a picture. Crust was overcooked and crunchy, Ordered regular crust, pizza no sauce on it. The only reason I gave one star is so I can post this review."

"We've ordered from here 3 times now. Only because of daughter's school was selling these nifty fifty cards for them. Their pizza is actually really good. Tonight was no different. The only problem we had tonight was the one pizza we ordered with the pepperoni stuffed crust.. Had no pepperoni. So I called the store, they said the manager was in the middle of something important and to call back in about 10 minutes. Well no need for me to call back! The manager called me back and offered to send out a fresh pizza, but instead he gave us a credit for a pizza the next time we order. I am very impressed."
