"What a hidden gem! I was looking for an inexpensive room for a couple day trip. Expecting a hole in the wall, but discovered a gem. Rooms are dated, but extremely clean and comfortable. The facility is on a marina. Nice deck out by the water. I’ve never been more pleasantly surprised! Highly recommend!"

"Over all this was a good stay for our two nights. We had room 105 and the only downfall to the room was the bed/mattress that my husband and so shared was broken on the side my husband slept on (the bed closest to the door. He slept in a deep dip that caused him to not get a good nights sleep, he tossed all night keeping me awake. The other bed was fine that the kids slept in. The room was mostly clean, other than the coffee pot had coffee from the previous visitor (we don’t drink coffee). The bathroom was nice and clean as well. We lived the screen porch, we sat out on it and enjoyed watching the planes going by that were landing and taking off at the nearby airport. Over all not that bad of a place to stay."

"Stayed two nights there very nice and bright room had mini sweet rm 111 has small table with two chairs and a few chairs for watching TV sunk stove fridge microwave...up stairs private entrance has screened in deck with table and chairs.. good kick off point for key west.. was hesitant when I booked it cause of some of the reviews but they were totally wrong nice quaint place for the price if ya want a top of the line resort go pay $500 a night would stay here again nice desk people"

"This place was great! We wanted to stay a few extra days after our AirBnB rental was up. We shared a 2 bedroom with 3 people. It had a little screened in deck also. Pool was great! Complimentary coffee in the morning was nice. Just an over all GREAT experience!"

"Great place to stay. The young lady at the front desk was really nice and friendly, with some very nice nails. Kingsail is close to good places to eat within walking distance and room was very comfortable. It's affordable for people like me on a budget and lots of places in Marathon are not. I appreciate that. Nice people, good rooms and affordable. What more can you ask"
