"Plumbing backed up took 45 minutes for someone to show up. Got in verbal confrontation with manager Sheldon who stopped short of threatening me. Called Treasure Island police and filed report According to officer they've received multiple complaints about the manager Sheldon and were informing him he's "this close to further action"."

"Clean quiet rooms . Small motel great sunrises from their long peir. Clean large swimming pool and kayaks for exploring."

"The Bay Palms is a great place to go to get away from the world and just relax. Not expensive. Not busy. Just you, your time to yourself, and the water right beside you. Good for adventurous people on a budget who don’t want to spend money. Also great for retirees to just relax."

"Awesome place to stay and Tim is very laid back and easy to deal with. Location is super quiet. Price is crazy good. I come down for business and stay for 4 to 7 days at a time and Tim always makes the trip painless and very economical for me. Couldn't ask for a better place to say on my budget.
