Super 8 by Wyndham Chipley

"This hotel is fantastic. Let me start off by saying they allow pets. I'm in a smoking room and it does not smell like cigarettes at all. The room is great for the price. It's clean there's always polite staff available, but I would say this never book through Wyndham if you want to rent here call this hotel directly. Not at the hotel the staff was super helpful and super polite but Wyndham will screw you, don't stay at any Windham hotel. I did a payment plan through uplift after going to the hotel to check in they told me they don't accept the uplift so I called customer service and they didn't help, they opened a "customer concern" thing about a customer problem that says I'll hear back in a week. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor essentially just laughed at me and told me okay all right 25 times and I should have checked with the hotel before using the uplift. I explained that I use their specific website so why would I do that it's on there website and it allowed uplift and she basically giggled at me and told me there was nothing they could do. so don't say at any Wyndham hotels. If you want to stay in this hotel call this hotel specifically or go through booking or Expedia don't go through Wyndham they will screw you over."

"Well past its best by date, totally worn out, run down and not maintained. Next step should be Wyndham/Super 8 sending down staff to remove their sign, because this place is reputation destroying. Second step would be to demolish this place. Nice large piece of property that could support new construction, however with two other competitors next door with newer buildings, it might not be worth the investment."

"This was the #1 worst hotel I have ever been to and so expensive I never expect perfection but this place seemed like it had been unkept for months. There was no public/free WiFi, There was only 2/7 light bulbs that worked. There were holes in the walls, the mirror was dirty, there were food stains & sticky stuff all over the lamp and tables. A 2 bed was $78+ $40 deposit. I had a drink in a Yeti insulated cup & drank out of it that night. I went to refill it and there was a roach in it. Do not waste your time or money on this place. There are plenty other’s with better qualities."

"I got there quite late and was exhausted and wanted a room after driving about 4 1/2 hours. I walked up to the window and right off the bat the women was passive aggressive. I then proceed to pay for an overpriced room and then when it came to giving us our key she refused. She told me i had to be 21 to get a room to which i questioned why she didn’t question my age prior to paying. She refused to answer and then I asked well can i get my money back. She then didn’t answer, my sister got angry as she is pregnant and is easily angered and demanded either a room or the money back. The office lady got upset and told us we should stop being ignorant and leave. So my sister insulted her after she did to us and then the lady threatened to physically harm us if we didn’t leave. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGUSTING. I spoke to others about that area to which they said things bad always happen there."

"This hotel is in a good location, very quiet and the beds are actually pretty comfortable. The sheets and towels are stained and the towels were ripped or had holes. We did see a few small live roaches and one dead one in our room. The wood flooring was coming up in one area. This hotel needs some updating and overall cleaning. The breakfast was bottles of apple and orange juice and honey buns. Man at front desk was nice and he and his family lived there on site."
