"I called this afternoon to make an appointment as a new patient and the person that I was talking to happens to be the office's manager, she was very rude and very unprofessional. It seems like she was disturb. I don't understand why doctors (owners) have people like her running their businesses, instead of bringing business in, they are make people not go there, especially when they're dentists in everything corner. THEY DON'T HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!!"

"The least professional dentist I have ever seen. Very rude. He tells you your diagnosis in front of other patients, he even shouts it in the clinic when that is illegal. I never come again, and you shouldn't work with Costumer Service. My worst experience at the dentist. Marta Barrera You should learn to give a private diagnosis to patients and not shout it out in the clinic like you did with me, it was quite unpleasant."
