"Expect to be kept waiting at least a couple of hours before they even see you. I got dentures that are uneven and instead of them being centered, they are about a half inch off center. They don’t fit properly and they would’ve been beautiful if they were centered and didn’t hurt but they hurt and they are off-center so overall the practice sucks and I gave them over $1500 in cash"
"Going to this place was the most traumatic experience and I will never go back. As a person who suffers from severe anxieties, I felt so helpless. The doctor was missing compassion and empathy. I got my tooth extracted and it was a very uncomfortable experience. My face and lips was hurting throughout the whole procedure due to the pressure that was used. I went through so much agony and now im left traumatized. Not only did I paid a lot for this service, it left me mentally disabled. I will never be back here. I litterally cried during the procedure because I was in so much distress."
"I went for appointment today for 5pm, made it on time. Ended up waiting 32mins(almost 5:30) only for new girl Ashley to tell me and another patient "the doctor wont see me because we're late and they lock the doors at 5"...really? They never came out from talking to check the list and/or determine this. She was the one who scheduled me for the appointment though. A quick check of cameras would prove me being there on time. They over book patients(in hopes of getting more money)and you will end up waiting regardless because they take walk-ins as they come in also with appointments...which defeats the purpose of even making an appointment to begin with. I will never come back here again. This is very unprofessional and wastes your time especially if you've taken off from work. No acknowledgement of their mistakes, just shrugged her shoulders as if she didnt care. Cannot spend my money/insurance in a facility with that type of staff/attitude."
"Being a client with having to self pay I've seen a lot of clinics try to give me issues. This one has not. I've had my teeth cleaned and x-rays I've had a filling and I recently went to get a crown recemented on that was previously damaged by another office. The Older Dentist is so knowledgeable and really seems to care and want to answer your questions to make sure you get the care you need. The other staff in the office also lovely and caring and very knowledgeable! Only downside is the phone is never on, it goes right to voicemail, but if you leave a message almost always they call you back so you can make an appointment. I've had nothing, but positive experiences here!"
"I usually see an older guy but this particular time it was a girl. She knew my tooth was infected and she still tried to numb my mouth. My tooth would not numb, I’ve felt everything!!!! She then tried to pull the tooth out and I screamed, I was in pain. This pain was worse than labor. My mom had to come back to this place and argue with the woman that she shouldn’t have stuck a needle in my mouth at all if it was infected. The pain was so severe I couldn’t go to work for the week and not only the pain, it looked as if bees attacked my cheek because of the swelling. People rarely recognized me. I took Tylenol 3 and Percocet together to reduce the pain because the ibuprofen they give doesn’t work. I’ve been so scared to go back for my 6month check up because of this problem. And no one here ever called to see if I was okay, or even tried to make me feel comfortable while going through this."
