"DO NOT COME TO THIS DENTIST EVER! HE IS A SCAMMER !!!! Big SCAMMER !!! If I was able to give zero stars I would. They will charge people, make false assumptions and not verify what insurance can cover or can not cover. They will MAKE YOU PAY CASH UPFRONT ! Regardless if you have insurance or not. DO NOT SEND ANY FAMILY MEMBERS HERE! My mistake was not checking reviews in advance on this dentist and his unprofessional business office. UNACCEPTABLE CARE!"

"I tried to patronize a business of my ethnicity and I was throughly disappointed Dr Eugene was very rude and combative showed no respect for myself or my husband as patients the office does not follow proper protocol in numbing you he didn't apply the topical anesthetic before jamming the needle in my gums during my initial consultation I have bad front teeth he just went and said extraction without even offering crowns once I stated I wanted crowns he said well that will cost a lot of money DUH I've done my research I know how much money it will cost don't judge me right off of the bat so after the VERY PAINFUL extraction I asked for something stronger than Tylenol 3 he blurted out I CAN NOT GIVE YOU PERCOCET (which I can't take anyway) which I never asked for you can give Naproxen Tramodol ibuprofen 800 my husband asked to speak to him and that's where he went left took off his jacket like he wanted to fight and then said y'all waisting my time the worst dentist no patient manner I hope no one treats his family like that"
"I wish there was a ZERO stars! The worst dentist you can go to. They have no experience dealing with insurance , the fact that they call you and tell you that things are not approved. You take 10 minutes and call the insurance and you have an answer. If your upset and questioning why does the patients have to find out the office manager Venus, who is an unprofessional peice of you know what. She has a huge attitude and pretends as if she doesnt understand your question. Run fast, they lack experience, and intellect. As for the Dr I havent met him. The staff sucks!"
