"I was skeptical about the negative reviews and decided to give her a try - the reviews were 100% right, she tried to sell me a 2k deep cleaning that would not be covered by my insurance under the billing codes she inputed (when I had gone in for a regular cleaning). Please stay away from this place."

"I had been a customer for years… the past six months have been impossible to have a dental cleaning after cancellations on their end and me begging for an appointment. Once I get there the 4th time finally she advice the deep cleaning that is more than $1,100 separate of insurance. Is it embarrassing that sometimes people loss their job or do not have the money to pay that much for a cleaning that expensive and when I ask for regular cleaning that the cost besides insurance is $250 she refuses because I need deep cleaning of $1100. I am very sad and I felt in a way discriminated. I don’t understand it how a doctor can make someone feel this less when you tell them you don’t have the money."

"I wish I could give less than 1 star. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! She is a scammer. Claims I needed deep cleaning without even looking inside my mouth for a total of over $7k. Went to other dentists to confirm if, in fact, I needed deep cleaning and they confirmed I did not. Very unprofessional and rude. After leaving her office, I went online and saw other reviews and other patients with similar experiences as mine had the exact same quote for whatever she claimed I needed to pay. Not sure how she has patients."

"SCAM and a FRAUD! If I could leave zero stars I would. I should have read all of the prior reviews on this dentist before scheduling an appointment with her. I've also noticed a consistent pattern with this dentist here on Google Reviews and other dentist review websites, and that is that Suarez recommends the "deep cleaning" procedure (Periodontal Scaling and Root Planning & Gingival Irrigation) to many patients because it is much more expensive than the standard cleaning and often not covered by insurance. You can even see from other reviews, and I can PERSONALLY confirm from my own experience, that if you refuse this expensive procedure, she will refuse to perform the standard cleaning!!! Last year was my first time with Suarez and she recommended a "deep cleaning" procedure (Periodontal Scaling and Root Planning & Gingival Irrigation). This was the first time EVER a dentist had recommended this procedure and I found it a bit weird, but like most trusting patients, when a dentist advises you on something you listen and trust they have your best interest and dental heath in mind. This was $800+ at the time. Fast forward 1 year later to my last visit with Suarez on 8/15/2023 and she recommended the SAME procedure after having looked at my mouth for all of 15 seconds. Keep in mind this procedure requires local anesthetic and is more invasive than the routine cleaning, it should be rare and is not something one should have done every year. Both times with her I was there for the standard routine cleaning included with insurance. I could tell as soon as I opened my mouth for her to inspect that this woman was "acting", she came across like she was trying to "sell" something as opposed to treating patients. She then showed me a bill for $2,010. When I refused this procedure and told her I was there for the standard cleaning, she refused. A bit of research on this dentist will show this is her typical M.O. Like many other reviewers I went and got a second opinion from another dentist who, after taking x-rays, confirmed I did NOT need the "deep cleaning" procedure and performed the standard cleaning for about $200 (since Suarez had WASTED my yearly exam allowance on my insurance). The biggest red flag here is that everyone has the same story with her. She refuses to perform the standard cleanings and do her job, and instead upsells unnecessary, expensive services to her patients to milk as much money as she can from them."

"SCAMMERSSS!! Had an appointment set up a month ago for routine cleaning (included through my insurance), which I was clear about when I called. They recommended a deep cleaning with a cost over $1000. When I said no and asked for my regular cleaning they REFUSED. Asked me to reschedule with their hyegienist for minths later because doctor would only do the $1000 deep cleaning. These guys are a joke. Please dont waste your time here…"
