"Midtown Dental was amazing! Today 1/9/2024 was my first visit the girls in the front were really nice and helpful from the beginning with paper work work up until the end with payment. Then jewels took my X-rays and she was very nice as well, Angie my hygienist took her time and really explained everything as far as after care and what she was doing with lots of details. She recommended so many things for me to do differently. Dr. Nelson I saw him quickly but he was very thorough and explained everything well. They came up with a treatment plan for me on the spot. Everyone answered my questions and were very helpful. I waited just about 30 min to get called in but only because it was my first visit. It is a little pricey but worth it because I felt like I was with people I could trust. Fast, clean, safe, and nice facility / experience. I made my next appt for Jan 30. Definitely recommend!!"

"Do Not Go to This Dentist, You will thanks me later!!!! You deserve -10000000 stars!. Lack of professionalism, only care about money. I went to the dentist that they can fix my filling and cleaning the same day. When I got there, they only can do filling and made me to come back for cleaning. When the lady explained the charge and I asked that my insurance covered 80% twice, she said there is no cavity and considered as cosmetic so they only cover like 50% but she didn't` explain clear. I paid $266 what they asked and came back home and talked to the insurance and they said mine covered 80%,sent me the bill next day.I sent email about it and no one respond.A week later, I went back for cleaning and the dentist made a poor job filling my tooth, made the huge gap between teeth.She said, they will look into it and send me the check for difference but it will take 4-6weeks. I showed her bill that I got from insurance and she said that doesn't`t count. And then they charged me for cleaning office visit for $5 and they will deduct from what they owed me. Never paid office visit fee before, whatever. I asked my teeth between the gap. The dentist told me he did it right and I told him that there was no gap between teeth before the procedure. He was not happy about it and made m come back next day, added more material. He was rude and not professional. on top of that he tried to charge me extra $50 for extra material. I told the lady that if he did it right for the first time, I wouldn't`t need to come back. I am already annoyed coming back, tried to charge more? She said, leave it there and anything changes, will call you. Even after 2nd visits, he did such a poor job. Still have a gab and every time I eat, small piece of food stuck in that gap, need to floss every single time I eat. The amount I paid : $266 The money actually I am suppose to pay: $101 The difference is $165 If I really need to pay for office visit for $5 then deduct that and refund me $160, back to my original payment immediately not the mail check.Also, Charged extra $44 for limited oral evaluation that I said no to them when I came back for cleaning. Been waiting 6 week now and nothing!No Check, no one pick up the phone,no respond to my email or text. Total Scam! Don`t ever go to that dentist. That was my biggest mistake!Don`t fool for the good reviews, they only post 5star reviews!!!!!! Look at the picture: After he filled the tooth.He said he did it right and I am being sensitive. Don`t you see the gap? You must be a blind. Updated: they changed the words that they had to charge for sensitivity medicine, doesn't cover the insurance so I had to pay $165 for that. He didn't`t explain before the procedure. So be careful! The worst decision I've ever made to this stupid place.Nelson and the whole team,You failed your job and what goes around, comes around.Good luck with that.
