"Very money hungry and unprofessional!! Dr. Todd Smith was 20mins late opening and to make things worst the front desk receptionist was about 40 mins late which means we couldn't get started! I even called the day before to verify my insurance she said I was cleared but guess what for some odd reason I wasnt!! Make a long story short I fixed the insurance problem..handled my appointment but was still not happy. I just didn't like the energy at all."

"My experience after 1st initial visit was not pleasing at all....l advised them my insurance wasn't in effect as yet but gave the name of company 3-4 days prior and advised hadn't received insurance packet as yet and had limited information about my coverage. Day of appt finally for extraction.That's when it became complex..Cynthia gave me a document that required my signature and said that this is what l had to pay which was my deductible. Unfortunately with no prior notice l wasn't prepared. This could've easily been avoided by communicating what was necessary for my appt prior to my office visit. The information could've easily communicated to me with a simple phone call. Insurance info was readily available @ office and then she then took the opportunity to solicit other services as l stood there distraught and in pain. Disregarding the main reason l was there,the "EXTRACTION".appt,which l reminder her. Still in pain in dire need of extraction and taken as an opportunity to have Dr.perform cleaning and another Xray for any additional issues that may need resolve? That should've of not even a query at this point. Spoke with Dr.he offered a prescription as a method of resolve,no better.....he missed the point also....Communicating ahead of time would avoided being prepared... Disappointing to say the least....."
