"CUSTOMER SERVICE 0.00% I had to call multiple times for an answer the receptionist cannot provide basic information without exam 7 day wait for exam receptionist asked for my email to send appt confirmation and did not send when i called back they refused to answer if you do not speak spanish they will not value you if they remember your number on caller id they will not answer your call replied to every single DM on IG with the number to the office but reception never answer the phone 5 STAR SMILES is right up the street from them and so is SMILE DESIGN MIA"
"I went into here with nice straight teeth I came out with huge ugly crooked chiclet looking teeth do not go here i had them removed the next day elsewhere I cried when I left I hated them"
