"Have lived on the mobile home side since 2016. Lot rent goes up with NO improvements. We had a pothole in the road for over 2 years before repair. Can't get anyone in the office to ever call you back. Can't even go to the office to pay your rent anymore. All the rules we were told to follow we see constantly violated, but if our grass looks too long we get a letter taped to our front door. I live a in great neighborhood with great neighbors, but the price and the management make us want to rip our home out and move!"

"Nice neighborhood. The staff and most of the residents are friendly. Most of the homes are well-kept and clean. The adjacent RV resort is one of our favorite places to stay, and we do occasional runs/walks through the manufactured home community, where most people at least acknowledge your presence and some will even wave or say hello. Makes us feel comfortable being there."

"Honestly do not like living here! I have family come over every now and then And I'm constantly getting harassed By the office saying that I have people living with me And I will have to vacate the premises for breaking park rules like really I can't have people come over my place?! It just goes on and on with this placed.. Also the lot rent here is way too high And keeps going up every year!! Way better places to be for the price..There's only one manager I deal with the rest or very ignorant And very rude (Lisa) Honestly don't understand how she still working there after so many years.. I'm ready to move!!!!"

"This is a nice park very close to all the best attractions of Florida. It has nightly guarded gate and you feel very safe here. Highly recommend."

"No quiet hours observed, 15 MPH speed limit is a joke. As someone with small children in the home people speed by all hours of the night and day, there’s no noise restrictions as people blast music and party all hours of the night/day. Cameras in the laundry room don’t work because clothes were stolen and was told there’s nothing that can be done because the cameras don’t work. It’s all a joke for an expensive price."
