"My family loves this dentist and staff. We are welcomed by Julie with a smile during check in and explanation during check out. The dental assistants are amazing. Dr. Perez does fantastic work and my son really likes him. He has had issues in the past with other dentists but Dr. Perez eases his fear. The charge for PPE is way cheaper than other dentists this is a difficult and different time for all businesses. They have many signs in the lobby explaining this so it is no surprise. Thank you all for being so wonderful!"

"I’ve been a patient at this clinic since I was a baby. I’ve always received quality service and treated well. However during my last visit I saw a side to this clinic that I’ve never seen. There is a new $15 coronavirus fee that each patient must pay. My mother was already upset feeling like the clinic is taking advantage of the coronavirus and when she was handed another bill for a service, Julie failed to explain why we were given an additional charge of $50. Meanwhile I’m in the chair and they all come to me saying they “can’t deal with her” referring to my mom. I had to get up and explain to my mom why there was a charge and I am the patient! Julie was being very disrespectful and laughing in my mother’s face! I had to get minor work done on a tooth and while they had my mouth pried open one of the dental assistants said “your mom is a mess isn’t she” laughing. On our way out Julie continued to laugh in my moms face being extremely disrespectful. We have been with this dentist all my life. I was in complete shock from all of this. I am definitely looking for a new dentist they disrespected my mother in my face and I am done. I don’t care if my mother was rude or whatever my mom said the way I was spoken to was rude unprofessional. I know that my mom just wanted an explanation for the fees due to hard times from the coronavirus. You do not go to a child and talk about her mother in front of her. I hope julie doesn’t treat everyone like this because if she does I recommend getting a new secretary."
