"This place will SCAM you. They laid out the price for my crown, I agreed and paid, got my crown. Then after the fact, they told me that since I got a porcelain crown, it’s going to be another ~$300 on top of what I’d already paid. I asked why they chose the most expensive crown, and what the other options were. There were no other options. Porcelain was the only option. So they lie about the price before the procedure and force you to pay hundreds more after, NEVER mentioning it prior to the crown. This should be a criminal offense and a lot of people here should be in jail. To add - I paid the extra money they charged after the procedure, and then after I paid it they proceeded to send me to collections. I had to deal with a collection agency trying to get money out of me that I'd already paid the office because of the incompetence of the front desk staff."

"Dr. Eber has sold his practice to Advanced Dental. The great staff that was with Dr. Eber during the nearly 40 years as my family dentist, has left the practice. Those now in place are not as caring about the patient as they are about profit. Billing issues, procedural changes, last minute notifications for insurance acceptance all contribute to the downturn. I am looking for another dentist....I hope I can find one as good as what this practice used to be."

"I have been attending this dentist for almost 20 years. There was a personal touch. I am sad to report this has changed utterly with the change in management. They do not pay attention to details, and insisted on performing operations I was unsure if my insurance would cover. They assured me it wasn't an issue, then called me 2 days later telling me I was responsible for the full amount. Despite my asking, they did not check. Will never willingly visit this dentist again and would not recommend them to anyone. Truly a disappointment."
