"It pains me to write this. I have been going to this dentist with my family for over 4 years and had an experience today that will not make me or my family ever come back. I scheduled an appointment to remove my wisdom teeth 2 months ago and made it clear I needed both teeth removed. Upon arrival the Dentist seemed like she had an attitude but I did not think much of it. She then proceeds to inform me that she cannot remove both wisdom teeth with 100% guarantee as I could “potentially need all the anesthesia to be on one tooth” which would result in me removing one tooth then removing the other tooth another day. The other option was to do surgery which would 100% guarantee both teeth being removed but that was a whole other appointment I would have to schedule and NOT what I was informed when scheduling this two months ago. As a person who hates the dentist this made me even more uneasy and I explained to her that I drove all the way from Orlando for this appointment and this appointment only. I then called my mom in as she naturally drove me. The dentist then mocked me and made it seem like I was being rude when explaining the situation to my mom which was not the case at all. I felt extremely uncomfortable and left. Upon leaving I see the waiting room more packed then it has ever been and gave me the impression that she overbooked and does not care about providing care and a service but treating the office as a cash cow. Much of the staff has changed over the years and I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"My husband and I went to this office due to an emergency with toothache the assistant told me no need appt and we were the 3er in the line I knew we had to wait for the people that had appt but in this case I preferred to make the appt instead of waiting 3 long hours to be atended, this office works like the one back in Cuba they don't respect the line and pass people in front of your face, like you were stupid, in addition finally when the doctor arrived to the room 1 hour later, they told to my husband I don't have time to attend you am busy I have to many things to do, you need to see a surgeon. I just leave and call to a regular dentist office the same day and my husband' teeth was extracted, that doctor was very rude saying I have to many things to do, me too, I didn't pay you to make me waste my time and to see your face and that is not free I am paying your time I won't go never ever to this office again, I pass. Not thanks to you but my husband tooth was extracted bye."

"First time in the office i was refer by a good friend and it was right on point all the staff was very friendly and professional, the dentist was very good nice personality, when she walked in as she explain and spoke to me made feel sure about what they are doing and how the work. The hygienist was so gentle as all of this makes me so anxious and nervous it was a good visit. Will return for my dental work."

This lack of communication has been frustrating, and it raises concerns about the office's accessibility and responsiveness to patient inquiries. "Let me start by saying that Dr. Rivas is an amazing dentist. I’ve been to a few different dentists all whom have been great, however she does outstanding work. She’s knowledgeable, attentive, patient, professional and kind. She has a personality that will brighten your day. Not only is Dr. Rivas amazing, her staff is phenomenal as well. From the front desk staff to the dental assistants, they all radiate light and are very professional. I’ve had a tooth extraction and cleaning done and had zero pain from both. I’m so lucky I was introduced to them and would hands down recommend to anyone looking for a dentist."
