"DISAPPOINTED. Will NOT go back. I made a first appt to have a chairside temporary denture liner. I made it very clear in making the appt. When I first got in, they swooped me in for a full dental x-ray first. Why? So Im starting to fume.. Dr. Olson came in. When I told him what I wanted, he said No! Temporary liners only last 30 days. Nevermind that Ive have them done for 30 years. Then he wanted to do a permanent liner which involves dropping off whole denture one day and picking up the next day. I had already taken off 1/2 day from work. I could not take off 2 more days. I asked about the temporary again and he said, No! We dont have time to do that today! His only answer was to give me a work up of the permanent liner OR a whole new denture! What?? Now Im a senior citizen, work part time and on a fixed income. I only had 1500. Of dental insurance.
