"The room was beside the entrance hallway, at the front. A bit noisy with guests arriving and departing. Nice furniture, mini split a/c, and modernized bath. Location was excellent. Easy walk to many restaurants and attractions. Management on site was very friendly and helpful."

"They canceled my room without notifying me! Got there with my confirmation number they had canceled. Manager not a nice person and didn’t speak English very well. Luckily we found a place nicer the collector place on St. George. Will not book anything with sevilla place again"

"The location is good... kind imof on the outskirts of George Street, but not a bad walk. If u want a historical place, this place is very historical but, it could use a few upgrades. The shower head was very loose, and the bathroom sink was coming off the wall. Just a little upgrade is all it needed. I loved this place, I would go back. It's the perfect place for adults, very quiet area."

"We stayed for 2 nights. Never saw the owner until check out. The place was so disappointing. Dirty light switches, dirty door frames, old rusty light fixtures and lamps. Coffee was keureg so ok,and the same untouched, crusty cookies on a cake plate for 2 days. No maid service. No clean towels. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place unless it has new owners that can afford to paint, scrub, update or at least wash window treatments, fix Bathtub surface and remove cobwebs. No breakfast served. I could write more but will end now. We booked believing that we were going to a nice B&B. Ha!"
