"Stayed for 3 days. Pro’s : room was clean and comfortable. Staff always greeted us , had smiles and were very friendly . Price was online .Cons: the bathroom fan was noisy, and was a bit hard at time to pull out of the parking lot, this was caused by road construction and not the hotels fault.!overall I look forward to staying there on my next visit to St. Augustine."

"The room was very clean. Front desk was friendly and polite. Breakfast was great with lots of options and the lady working there kept everything fresh and stocked. She was also super sweet. There was a lot of construction near and around the hotel. What is needed is for the front desk to have quarters available for the washer and dryer or another option to pay to use these."

"We stayed for a total of four days. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We are not overly picky people and we were out of the rooms for the majority of our stay. With that the room was a little dirty (dust in the corners of the room, behind the nightstands, etc.) nothing too crazy. I also understand that they have a short staffing issue with the housekeeping team. We had no other issues with the room. The breakfast we thought was good, varying options everyday (biscuits & gravy, sausage, omelettes, bagels, coffee, etc). The only other issue we ran into during our stay was that the key cards for the stay kept deactivating randomly and after a 12 hr day in downtown it was a bit annoying to get up to our room only for the key card not to work and have to go back down stairs and get it reprogramed. Besides that my only other recommendation is to look into some kind of security position as the place did get a little sketchy at times. During check in we had a homeless gentleman come inside and sit on the lobby couch playing loud music and no one came over to talk to him. He eventually left after some time. A few times there were some homeless people in the parking lot as well we were a little worried about the security of our vehicle. But overall it was a great stay with great staff. Thank you."

"We had reserved a room weeks in advance for one night. We did some sight seeing downtown and a ghost tour. At 8PM! they called us to say our room is not available. Supposedly due to some housekeeping issues. There were a lot of tourists that day and we couldn't find another hotel room. They offered us another room 175 miles away. Ridiculous. We had to return home on a 2.5 hour ride with 3 children. They never offered us cancellation compensation. What kind of hotel chain is this? I travel a lot and will keep this in mind when choosing a hotel."

"The room is decently clean but could be cleaner, with corners in the bathroom looking very questionable. The bed seemed good and clean which was good. The main issue is that the Wifi in our room literally does not exist and the front desk worker didn’t have much of a solution for us. Though he did try to help us, the issue wasn’t resolved. Finally the fitness center treadmill is completely broken which is a big bummer. The location is convenient for the price and the room is clean enough for the price. There aren’t really any amenities in the room but if you’re on a budget this hotel is sufficient. A big plus is that it quiet and feels safe."
