"Booked the handicap room (101), wasn’t enough grab bars, mentioned to DJ, and within a few hours, additional grab bars were installed. Room was clean, neat and updated, along with the rest of the grounds, which are very well maintained. Every employee, was kind, super helpful….special thanks to DJ, as well as Celeste, Val and Alisha, for making our stay a memorable one. Best free breakfast, hubby enjoyed the mini waffles with strawberry topping and whipped cream. Highly recommend."

"We spent two nights at Ocean Sands Beach Boutique Inn and it was perfect. Clean and tidy room, all on site you need. Lovely equipped, Coffee maker in the room as well as a big kitchen-fridge. Breakfast available with all from Bagels to Cereals, Jam to eggs, boiled or scrambled with bacon.. Nothing to be missed. The beach just across the street is in perfect condition. Shuttle to the St. Augustine Old Town is fetching the guests in front of the hotel by request. Kind staff is caring about all the guests need to make the stay comfortable. I have nothing to complain, we really enjoyed the stay."

"We stayed two nights and it was excellent. My wife is very picky about where we stay and she was thrilled. It was clean , beach was right there, it was quiet and relaxing. You can lay on the beach or at the pool all day then go into St Augustine and enjoy the evening. It was wonderful. We will be back"

"A perfect location, away from the bustle of St. Augustine, but an easy drive to downtown if desired. Room 204 was clean and spacious, had a beautiful view of the marsh, ALL the staff were extremely helpful and kind. We were late to breakfast due to two little ones sleeping in, and Silese happily opened the door back up for us to have a yummy meal (other places would have just said “no”). Dawna was quick to supply fresh towels and offer additional services as needed, and ran downstairs to hand us something we had forgotten in the room upon leaving. We loved the fresh water and lemonade readily available, as well as milk for the little ones for nighttime, and can’t forget the special treat each evening- fresh baked cookies. Little details that make a hotel stay so much nicer for a family with kids. The best part was the ocean and beachfront a very short walk across the street, with hardly anyone around and clean sand. Other beaches in the area have always been crowded and difficult to park at. We definitely plan on coming back here next time we are in the area!"

"We recently spent two nights at this hotel. We booked through the hotel itself. We were greeted kindly when we arrived but were not prepared for the room we were given. Room 207 facing the ocean. The room was dirty and smelled terribly. The towels in the bathroom were all wet. If they spent what they said on the beds they were ripped off! Not comfortable. We addressed our issues with the room with the man on the night shift. We were given some towels and the offer of a bottle of champagne. We opened the slider to try and air the room out and went to bed. The next day we went out early and returned to the room smelling even worse. There was a woman of the staff in the hallway, I asked her to come in. She agreed the smell was awful and asked if we wanted to change rooms. We agreed and were given room 217. Not even an hour later they were doing some kind of construction in the next room loudly. The room smelled better but was missing a bathroom door handle and no drain plug in the sink. there were no towel racks or hooks. There was never a partial refund offered for the first room which apparently flooded to have such a smell in it. Oh and don't forget you pay to park there even though you are staying there! There are plenty of hotels in the area. I suggest people choose other than here!"
