Some staff, including the dentist (not the lead) appeared incompetent...dentist did a very poor job explaining my condition; didn't know I had a cavity and would need a filling until checking out and dentist didn't even take responsibility to explain any Xrays he had the lead take me back to the back again after checking out to go over Xrays..had a 8am appointment for cleaning and exam, and cleaning didn't start until over an hour after appointment time..only one hygienist for an entire office and she was late to work...poor business sense to have one of any position...I arrived about 10 minutes early had to go back and sit in my car because the doors weren't unlocked until 8 ( my appointment was 8) while staff sat inside in the dark looking at me through the window"

"I went yesterday for the first time as a new patient. Office location was easy to find. It’s in a shopping center off Dunn Avenue. The office waiting area and rooms were clean, bathroom needed attention. The staff was friendly. I was taken back to x-rays, after filling out a history form for x-rays, then waited a bit for the doctor and then had my teeth cleaning done. The doctor introduced himself after he realized I was not a regular patient and Mia, the hygienist, was very sweet and thorough. I called the day before prior to my appointment and Tiana answered the call and was very helpful. My appointment was 1:30 and i was done just before 3.The front desk girls were nice, I did not hear their names or see name tags."
