"I requested a appointment on their website because I believed my implant was infected. Someone called me and said there was nothing the dentist could do, that I should go back to the dentist that put in the implant in. Maybe Dr. Patel is not equipped to handle those type of issues."

"Dr. Patel has been taking care of my family's and my teeth for over 10 years. He has provided excellent care while correcting some of my issues from the military, and is never pushy for procedures but tells it to you straight. The hygienists are wonderfully skilled and never cause discomfort while leaving you with the cleanest teeth you will run your tongue across for at least 6 months. (When they clean them again). Everyone at the desk is friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make the dentist office an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend giving them at the very least a try to win your repeat business."

"Dr. Patel and his staff are the best. I have been a patient here for 20 years. I've never been to a medical or dental office that sees you right at your scheduled appointment time so consistently. The office staff is courteous and friendly. The office manager, Missy, works hard to keep things running smoothly. Dr. Patel is kind, gentle, and does excellent work. The hygienists and assistants are fantastic. I would see no one else for my dental care."

"Understanding the ins and out of scheduling and the Dr's time, I totally understand when an office can not see my family if they are 4 minutes past the grace period. They have rescheduled my family member even after a no show. Well today I call to see why they couldn't work with us and the young lady Amanda picks up the phone. I expressed to her that I'm not happy he couldn't wait to be seen and hope there isn't a fee. She lets me know he was 4 minutes past the grace period and can't be seen. I tell her that I'm going to remove myself from the office and my extended family as well. SHE says that's fine, ok then hangs up in my face. Call back to speak with the office manager who essentially defended her actions by saying there are 2 sides to every story and will not apologize for something she don't Amanda did or didn't do. So pretty much your calling me a liar. I have never had anything close to a treatment like this from this or any office and am shocked to be honest. I do not recommend this office to anyone because they truly are not kind people underneath when it's all said and done!!!!!"

"Be wary of this Dental Office and run as fast as you can. My partner came to this office from a recommendation. However, he was falsely billed via their billing manger. He had already sent his X-ray the office but was charged again and a claim was sent to his insurance company. Then, makes matters worse he received another letter stating he now owes for a debravement which was never told to him at all about this type of service rendered. Then we get a insurance summary, it was a lie. Needless to say, make sure you ask plenty of questions and get everything in writing and ask for copies. I thought this was a reputable office, steer clear and report fraudulent billing if you need to."
