"The service here is terrible, they served late and in addition they did not want to explain the procedure to my son. I do not generalize because other great expression offices show love for their work, children and society. here in this headquarters there is nothing but nothing of that. very badly!!! Please customer service should be your priority and not just billing for patients. ahhh and to answer the front desk's question to me!!!! I speak english."

"The face the doctor made when I told her my 3 year old son is on the spectrum and that he is non-verbal shocked me. She then asked me if he’s in therapy… I said yes.. why? She got really offensive and her tone instantly changed and then said she needed to know in order to be able to treat him. I said ok… then referred me to another dentist. Super rude, seems as she didn’t want to deal with him. This was my 2nd time going through this with them and the feeling was just as terrible as the first. Glad we won’t be going back there."

"The place is ridiculous expensive even with insurance. I went there just to get a routine teeth cleaning since I decided to get dental insurance this year. They took a bunch of X-rays and then told me I neededI left the place being told I was going to lose my bottom teeth if I did not do a deep clean with anesthesia and antibiotic ASAP! I am super picky with my teeth and have been getting all my dental stuff in Colombia. I sent the X-rays to my dentist in Colombia and my teeth are perfectly fine. Will never go back to this place and do not recommend spending your time or money there"

"I regret my decision to visit Great Expressions Dental Centers. The cost? Ridiculous. Even with insurance, I felt I was getting ripped off. The office itself looks like it's trapped in a time warp - a definite upgrade is overdue. The wait times were infuriatingly long, especially when I had booked an appointment well in advance. And speaking of appointments, the bombardment of phone calls and endless text messages for confirmations was nothing short of harassment. A simple reminder would suffice, but this was overkill. It's apparent to me that there are other dental providers in the area providing better service and facilities for a fraction of the price. I'd advise anyone considering this practice to look elsewhere. To the owners: Please do not bother to respond to this post or attempt to justify yourselves. You are overcharging your patients and you know it."
