"Just wanted to give an updated review on this office since Diana is no longer there. In the beginning when Dr. Bachmann took over, in her trying to get adjusted - some of the people who she had hired like this one hygienist, wasn't very good. Her name was Elsa I believe and she's no longer there. That experience kind of scared me away from going back for my 2nd cleaning of the year. However, after having some tooth/gum pain and wanting it looked at, I was glad I went. Apparently the lady I had seen had many complaints against her and she's no longer there. I think with Dr. Bachmann being more established, she's got a great set of people now whom she trusts and act professionally. I was a patient of Diana's for over 6 years, so I was use to her. Change can kind of scare people, but I encourage you to give this place a chance again. Diana was so thorough and very meticulous and it's why she was so great. If she entrusted her practice to Dr. Bachmann, then that has to mean something. It's hard to find a good dentist you can trust who isn't out to get your money. I feel comfortable coming here again after giving them a second chance. Again, no issues with the dentist - she's great, but sometimes staff can put a bad taste in your mouth."

"Went to a dental office in Bonita that had a "special" for a checkup and xrays. The dentist said I needed to start replacing all my silver fillings. I also had a cleaning where they added extra charges for arestin, irrigation, and infection control. (Really, I have to pay extra to not get infected???) I guess it was a bait and switch and the extra charges were to make up for the special, either that or the dentist was short on his student loan payment since the dude seemed like he just graduated. The staff were rushed and not very friendly. A coworker recommended Dr. Bachmann at Estero Dental Care so I contacted the office and they requested my xrays from the other office. Dr. B said my fillings were old but none needed to be replaced and my gums did not need arestin or irrigation and her office never charges a fee for infection control! The doc and her entire staff were also very nice. Learned my lesson."

"Refuses new patients based on their personal preferences. Rude and not recommended. They said” they don’t lose patients?? They just lost a family of 4. Now I know why they are always hiring for help. They are difficult and if the front desk is not nice, what does that tell you about the comfort zone at the office. Being a licensed RDH I do not recommend this office! And yes this is the correct office 100% and you have no record of me, because like I mentioned your front desk REFUSED to schedule based on your personal preference. This is my real experience with your office. I don’t appreciate you saying to move my review. This is my right and my experience."
