"I was pleasantly surprised by the rapidity of getting an appointment. Kielly was sweet and tried very hard to make X-rays pleasant. Then I met the hygienist, Maria, and was treated to an exhaustive explanation of my problems. I saw Dr Santiago who proceeded to put my crown in place. To top it off, I met Felippe who explained all my payment possibilities which were varied and an attractive. A great place to care for your teeth."
"The Doctor was great. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure all my questions were answered. The procedure went well, and she did a good job of checking in on my comfort level. I will return for future dental work."
"I went to my appointment on 9/25/23 for my second cleaning of my teeth this year. I was told that it would be $388.00 for the visit today. I explained to the office manager and the receptionist that my insurance would take care of it. The cleaning appointment did not take place. Aspen Dental is the only place in Florida you can get robbed without a gun being stuck in your face. Don't waste your time, go to a real dentist office for reasonable dental care!"
"Where to start. The good. Friendly dentist, front office and dental assistants. The bad, no one answers the phone here. I had a filling that ended up falling out the next day and needed to get in touch with the office asap to have it done again however all attempts through the hotline or direct did not go through or rang busy. When I did arrive, I wasn’t seen until 45 minutes after my appointment. Not to the fault of the dentist (she was great) but they had 6 other patients trying to get service at the same time. Aspen dental seems to be more focused on the bottom line than patient experience. Lastly, though wasn’t completely disrespectful, the office manager Brent seemed less enthused to be there. Lastly, because I couldn’t get in touch with aspen Estero, I drove there after work and arrived at 5:45 and found their doors locked. I’ll be working on finding another dentist asap. It’s Wednesday and their sign said till 6pm. Needless to say I’m frustrated at this organization."
