"Dr. Knepper dismissed me from his practice because as a recipient of a new total hip replacement he refused to work on me if I took medication prior to my appointments. I did not ask him for a prescription as I received it from my orthopedist. I checked with 2 other dentists and my orthopedist who reassured me that the proper protocol is to medicate prior to dental visits. PS Had been a patient for approximately 10 years!"

"Dr. Knepper is the best dentist I have been to in YEARS. He is efficient and knowledgeable, and his staff is the best. He's not interested in selling you services you don't need, but rather providing the best dental care possible at a reasonable price. I would recommend his to everyone (and I already do)"

"I thought I was a patient of Dr. Knepper's but when I telephoned the office last week after one of my crowns came off, I was told that my account had been deactivated. I had had to break my cleaning appointment because my employer refused to give me time off and Dr. Knepper does not offer evening or weekend times. The hygienist did not tell me that if I failed to keep the appointment I would need to find another dentist. To my surprise and disappointment, Lori told me she would have to get special permission from Dr. Knepper before she could give me an appointment. Although I called twice, she never extended me the courtesy of a call back to tell me I would have to seek another dentist. Well played, Dr. Knepper. You will henceforth be known as the Estero Dental Nazi."

"I have had a lot of work done by Dr. Knepper over the last 3-4 years. Last Spring I made an appointment with the hygienist for a cleaning. On arrival I was told that I needed to have a complete set of x-rays before the cleaning. I informed them that I had that completed by my dentist up North. I was told that didn't matter. I left w/o the cleaning. Recently I had an issue that required an appointment. After a long silence--I was told that I was no longer a registered patient. I asked the receptionist what that meant---she said that he won't see you. Actually he did me a favor, because I am very satisfied with my new provider. I wouldn't take one of my pets to this office."

"I had been a client for 2-3 years. Had been satisfied and referred others. Recently, I was forced to forgo regular maintenance appointments during an episode of unemployment. Employed again and the crown that Dr. Knepper provided broke. Called for an appointment and was told that Dr. Knepper has labeled me "non-compliant" and will not see me. I am appalled at the lack of professionalism and the fact that Dr. Knepper does not stand by his work. He has not returned my phone calls. Unbelievable!"
