"I’m a snowbird. Shortly before departing for Florida this year one of my in-lays dislodged. My dentist said she couldn’t re-cement it in place because of underlying decay and that there wasn't enough tooth left to support a crown. It would have to be extracted. I had insufficient time to get this done up north; so, when I got to Florida I searched “Maps” for an oral surgeon. Dr. Katrine Farag was fairly close-by and had superb ratings so I made an appointment for a consultation. While I was filling out forms in the waiting room and her efficient, friendly receptionist was on the phone, Dr. Farag came out and pleasantly said we could go into the procedure room and I could finish doing the form in the chair. She looked at my x-rays and said that the extraction was potentially complicated and she would prefer to refer me to an oral surgeon. I said I thought she was an oral surgeon since “Maps” had characterized her as such. I showed her the “Maps” search results. She looked at them and said she and others on the list were in fact not oral surgeons; they practiced general dentistry. She said that she would happily make the referral and there would be no charge. I can’t imagine that our interaction, which took maybe 10 minutes, could have been more pleasant. She seems to be a very nice person and, should I need one in Florida, my future dentist. Obviously, this rating is based on the experience rather than any particular dental procedure since there was none; however, perusing the other reviews I assume the dentistry would have been fine also."

She and Jessica work together like a well oiled machine with Debbie pitching in and also running the office.
