"I am appalled that this practice that I spent thousands for a bridge has sent me to collections for $61 without notice of intent, and additionally when I contacted billing would not let me speak about how I had asked the office numerous times to only phone me at work because my cell phone is shut off during the day and I had asked for a reconcilliation because I couldn not understand why I still owed this. When I got upset the woman in billing just hung up on me. I told themI had an appointment this month and was planning on discussing. They said they canceled my appointment- without telling me. I am beyond upset now! REALLY. I had already sent them a referral- That shall be the one and only, I guess. I am currently stil waiting for a call back from them. Makes me sad. *Three weeks later and still no reply from anyonein that office? Wonder if the doctors ever look at this..."
