"Stay away from Dr. Alexander Gaukhman! This is my mom’s experience: All three weeks during which I had the misfortune of becoming a victim, namely a victim, and not a patient of the clinic in which Dr.Alexander Gaukhman works, I could not hear the truth that the assistant Vika, who performed work instead of a doctor, unscrewed the screws from of my implants and inserted a wire in these places, since it could not separate the screws from the plastic that remained on them from my old crowns. Only on Friday, May 22, she called and said that they were returning part of my money to me. They deducted from my amount 1250 US dollars for those temporary crowns that they installed for me instead of those that I had before visiting their clinic. They were of good quality, unlike those that they installed for me by cutting out my old crowns. The assistant doctor Vika dealt with my implants, although all manipulations with the implants should be performed by the doctor, not the assistant! She tried to pluck my old crowns in various ways, but she couldn’t, then she called Alexander Gaukhan and they sawed my temporary bridge with crowns and removed the screws from my three abutments by screwing in some kind of wire. She showed me my screws, which at that time were screwed into what was left of my old temporary crowns, and said that she would insert them to me on the next visit to the clinic. Alexander checked her work and said that everything was done perfectly. When I got into the car after the visit, where my husband was waiting for me and told him how it all happened. He immediately asked me if they had damaged the thread in my abutments by screwing the wire there. When the next morning I started writing to them and asking them questions that interested me, what kind of wire they screwed me for (I say wire, because Vika said exactly that), which, most likely, ruined the cut in my abutments, they did not answer , besides that I need to think less and have blocked my phone, and my daughter and husband could not get through to them for three weeks. Finally, on Friday, Vika called and said that they were interrupting work with me. When asked to send me screws from my native abutments, she replied that I had everything that was before. But I had no wire! I had screws on which my temporary crowns were attached. I have a passport for each implant. Each of my implants consisted of three parts: the implant itself, the abutment and the screw. You understand how much time, pain I had to endure to install these implants, not to mention the money I spent, and they managed to ruin everything in an hour. They probably messed up the thread in the abutments (I still have to find out) and STOLE my screws! I encouraged them to return parts of my implants and my money, which they took from me, but they lie and refuse. This is a very rude, unethical team that needs to be avoided. They work only on money, but not to help people. Do not repeat my bad experience, read all the reviews about this doctor before sitting in his chair. "Visited the office. To get tooth extraction during the Covid-19 experience and I felt like I was at a slaughterhouse. The staff and the doctor was very short and was not understanding to my needs. They would not listen and all they wanted to do was charge me for treating me the way they do with extras. They would not listen to me explaining that I already had an x-ray done prior. Doctor Gaukman has no bed side manners and I could not wait to leave the building. I would not recommend using this office again. Very poor decision on my part. I was given his card from a friend who was given to her by a friend."
