I chose Dr. Klein because of her credentials and was impressed with her professional studies, continuing education, and previous position as President of the Sarasota Dental Association. My husband and I had our first visit and we were very happy with how thorough the exams were and we each had a lengthy discussion with Dr. Klein about our past dental care, our general health, and our current needs. She and the staff were ALL excellent. They covered every possible question and even gave a referral to my husband for a sleep doctor in the area, which is one of the specialists I’ve been looking for."

We are all extremely picky about our teeth and she and her Staff cannot be matched. I have several Crowns both Upper and Lower that are absolutely amazing and have truly had some pretty intricate Dental Work taken care of that required complete dedication and tireless effort on Dr. Klein's part. Both she and her Staff have worked so hard with all our Insurance Plans and they CARE about what we can financially afford!!! Total excellence with absolute care, compassion and Professionalism. "Please go into this office with your eyes and ears wide open. I had high hopes initially, dashed after several months. I was already aware about the extra cost for "deep cleaning". I declined it at my visit. I cautioned my husband about it, who unfortunately he has a hearing disability and auditory processing disorder, something this office took advantage of. It's hard while someone's hands are in your mouth to ask questions about a treatment that isn't covered under insurance, and not everyone is as aware as some. They were able to easily persuade my husband to do this extra treatment, at a cost of almost $140 per tooth extra. They also slid in some prescription toothpaste and mouth rinse, something we could have obtained much cheaper at Costco. We weren't prepared for that additional cost, and it feels incredibly deceptive. I read at least one other review of "bait and switch", and very much got that feeling as well. In addition to the charges added on to my husband's bill, somehow extra charges for myself and 2 sons, 3 MONTHS AFTER our insurance had completed payment, made it to us. Whether their staff is inefficient at billing or this was actually a purposeful deceptive act, does it even matter? I would think timely billing would be desired regardless by Dr Klein as well as her patients. I would have to recommend you look elsewhere, based on our experience."

She was very gentle and put me at ease. Dr. Klein was thorough and kind. We highly recommend this dental office and are so grateful we found them!"
