"I'm about to put my dog to rest very unexpectedly, a receptionist calls to confirm an appt that I apparently rescheduled for today from 10/30 (I cancelled that appt). I am supposed to be out of town with family for Thanksgiving (booked plane tickets in September & on my calendar) and now I'm not because my dog is dying AND they want to argue & hang up on me and blame me for their mistake? Horrible. Just horrible. I'll be telling the VA about this referral in the future. Dr. Crupi is knowledgeable, though there was no real follow up to my issues after oral surgery. Went in for suture removal, had a corner of a bone protruding from inside my gum pointing and painful. I requested a call from the doctor with the tech and never received it. Called a week later to ask about the call, they said he hasn’t been in the office. Cancelled my appt on the 30th, three weeks had passed at that point without a call - I fixed it myself. Uncaring office staff. I won’t be back."

"I am a veteran who was referred by the VA. My appointment was never confirmed, and I received a phone call this morning asking where I was. The woman was incredibly rude and argumentative- she insisted I was contacted and told of the appointment and actually dismissed me by saying “whatever” more than once. I feel like I was spoken to and treated like a second class citizen. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for respect or a well functioning business."

"Had caps installed due to sensitivity, within days I started to bite my tongue when eating or talking. This condition have altered my eating and speech. I had no follow up after repeated calls. I would think twice about using this facility."

Never in the office says he's going to send the script but doesn't My mom ended up with osteomyelitis in the jaw even after she had complained of pain and discomfort he missed it. Didn't refer her out. Didn't follow up. Said he was going to send an antibiotic when her jaw swalled up following days after her visit with him. But when she got to CVS to pick it up it wasn't there. She called his office but he wasn't in and he never got back to her and never fill the script. She missed her appointment because she went to a different dentist for help and he never called when she missed her appointment. Never followed up. Never cared"
